Vermilion shows its true colours during the annual Art in the Park during the Cultural Days celebration this fall. Sign up for the art competition or watch as the artists create new works. The theme of this year's art competition won't be publicized until September and then artists will only have four hours to complete their work at Vermilion Heritage Park on Oct. 1, 2016.
While the artists rely on their inner Monet or Van Gogh to create new masterpieces, the kids become canvases for face-painters. There will also be live music, exhibitors and fresh baked goodies.
Don’t forget to experience the rest of Cultural Days in Vermilion all weekend long. John Korobanik didn’t create a painting, but he did explore other activities during the weekend. Find out more about Vermilion’s Cultural Days here.
