Kikino Triple R Team Triathlon 

This is a triathlon with a twist.

The Triple ‘R’ Triathlon held at Kikino Silver Birch Resort near Lac La Biche includes running, riding and rowing — and that’s riding a horse and rowing a canoe!

Competitors of all ages can enter in the solo competition or as a team of four. Cash prizes are up for grabs. Other events to round out the weekend like the Junior Mini Triathlon for the budding triathletes, a Battle of the Bands and a quad rally through the bog. There's plenty of room at the campground to pull in the RV or pitch a tent to enjoy the weekend and all the events.

Sept. 3

Quad Bog

The Quad Rally at Kikino is always an action-packed event.

Registration at 4 p.m., races start shortly after 5 p.m.; $25/quad

Fastest time across or longest ride wins.

Categories:

400-600 CC

600-800 CC

800-1000 CC

Cash Payout for top 3 in all categories. Stock and Modified Categories.

Sept. 4

 

Triple 'R' Triathlon - ROW, RUN, RIDE

A traditional triathlon with youth and adult categories for solo and team competitors: Running, (horseback) Riding, and (canoe) Rowing hosted at the Kikino Silver Birch Resort. Teams of four can enter to row, run, and ride for cash prizes. There will be a male division and female division.

Come cheer on the competitors. 

Team of 4 - Entry Fee $60/per team, both Male and Female Divisions.

Prizing

1ST = $900 - 2ND =$450 - 3RD = $300

Registration 1 p.m.

Races start at 2 p.m.

Beach Volleyball Tournament

On the beach at Silver Birch Resort, there will be a 4 on 4 tournament. Entry $200/team; cash prizes. Games start at 11am, registration 10:30am.

Take It to the Lake this summer and head north, into the MD of Bonnyville and Lac La Biche. Both communities are waterfront and host an incredible array of events all summer.
