Get dirty in Plamondon

This annual event is a mud-flinging, wheel-spinning, adrenaline-filled good time. Come watch the drivers tackle the mud pits at this Canadian Mud Racing Organization-sanctioned mud bog event. Within the CMRO racing community, we've been told that Plamondon’s Mud Bog event is a "do-not-miss" on the mud bog circuit. Share this page on Twitter.

Event schedule

 Saturday (gates open at 10 a.m.)

  • All weekend long - Monster Schoolbus Rides
  • 10 a.m. - Bouncy Boys Inflatables
  • Noon - CMRO Mud Races, CMRO Amateur Mud Races 
  • Noon to 4 p.m. - Farmers Market
  • 1 to 4 p.m. - Children’s Festival
  • Saturday night, dance 9 p.m. – 2 a.m. in Festival Centre, with  DJ GeeCee, no minors

Sunday (gates open at 10 a.m.)

  • 10 a.m. - Bouncy Boys Inflatables
  • Noon CMRO Mud Races and Amateur Races

Ticket Info

Admission

Admission is $15/day, Seniors & youth $10/day, Children under 5 free.

Get your tickets at the gate upon arrival to the Mud Bogs.

On-site camping will be available Friday and Saturday — $30 for the weekend  — first come, first served.

Amateur Classes are limited:

  • Stock - 20
  • Modified Stock - 24
  • Super Stock - 10
  • Pro Modified Stock - 10

$40 entry fee.

Take it the the lake this summer and head north, into the MD of Bonnyville and Lac La Biche. Both communities are waterfront and host an incredible array of events all summer.
