POW WOW DAYS
Lac La Biche's premiere community event has loads of fun things to see and do. There's something for everyone including a midway, Family Fun Friday, fish derby with over $15,000 in prizs, ball tournaments, triathalon, parade, cultural displays and performances and socials, not to mention a great amusement park to be enjoyed by all! In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the event there will also be a historical display of the past 51 years of Pow Wow.

Features
The event starts off in the morning of Friday, August 2nd with a parade right down mainstreet, featuring floats made by all the businesses the town has to offer. Each float may choose to throw candy for the young ones to pick up. Then things start heating up when the amusement grounds open around noon. There are rides, games, short sideshows, carnival food stands, and much more! Be sure to check out the Lac La Biche & District Chamber of Commerce's Street Fest Friday afternoon.
