South Country Fair is a peaceful and rural music and arts festival that happens every year just outside Fort Macleod, Alberta.

Featuring four performance areas, attendance at SCF has averaged about 2,500 people each year Expect to see a wide variety of acts on the stage, from dub and rant poets, art films, street performers, string-shredding Cape Breton fiddling, crazy bagpipes or Flamenco guitars, djembe and/or dadouk, wild electric guitars and mandolins. That doesn't quite cover it all, but comes close to describing this eclectic event that's been going on for more than two decades. Other attractions include the Fair Mall, Kidz’ Kountry and an Awareness Tent. It all melds together to make for a great weekend for all ages.
