Kamloopa Powwow

The Kamloopa Powwow is one of the largest in Western Canada and celebrates its 43rd year in August!

The Kamloopa Powwow expects another large turn-out with an estimated 500 dancers and drummers from all across Canada and the United States. Attendees can expect to enjoy amazing drumming and dancing, colourful regalia, great food, and shopping at the artisan vendor booths. 

About 20,000 people, Indigenous and non-Indigenous, are expected to attend over the three-day event, which boasts a substantial $77,000 total competition purse.

General Admission: $10 per day; $20 Weekend Pass (includes Drummers and Dancers)
