The Valley First Frost Fest Winter Carnival returns to downtown Penticton in 2025, promising even more excitement! Highlights include a family movie night, ice activities with the Penticton Vees, kids' stations by Ha Ha Ha Kidzfest, a snowboard rail jam, hot air balloons, food trucks, and a beverage garden.
