Join Tofino Resort for their 6th annual Sea of Lights event. Visitors and locals alike are welcome to gather at the Marina to toast the festive season and enjoy the seasonal light displays, a towering outdoor Christmas tree, festive craft market and caroling.

About Sea of Lights

The annual Sea of Lights celebration takes place at Tofino Resort + Marina, where locals and visitors gather to toast the festive season under the glow of thousands of twinkling lights. The event features vessel illuminations, a festive market, photos with Santa, a gingerbread contest put on by Shelter Restaurant, food and drinks, and more.

The 7th annual Sea of Lights takes place on December 5, 2026. Registration is open for boat owners and businesses wishing to decorate and light up their vessels for the competition. Admission is free.
