Fernie guarantees a good party, with an après-ski scene that consistently puts them on every skier's and snowboarder's radar. With title sponsor Banded Peak on board, you know the après will be flowing.

Events for Retro Weekend 2026

How low can you limbo on skis? Ready to pirouette your way down the slope? Or, just show off that awesome one-piece! Join in or watch the action, it'll be entertaining either way.

10:30-11:30am  check-in For Ski Ballet Competition @Bear's Den *registration details TBA, here; day of registration is available if the event is not full, must be registered by11:30 am

11am-4pm  Banded Peak Brewing Beverage Gardens open @ Bear's Den, an on-hill restaurant found just past the Snow Creek Lodge at the top of the Mighty Moose platter lift (easy access for all abilities)
 
11:30am-3:30 pm  DJ spinning tunes @Bear's Den (stay tuned for the DJ announcement) 

12:00pm  Ski Ballet Competition @Ballet run
 
1:15pm  Ski Ballet Awards @Bear's Den
 
1:30pm  Retro Runway Outfit Competition @Bear's Den 

3-6pm  Retro Après @ Griz Bar (Apres music announcement coming soon!)
