1. Eligibility giveaway is open to those able to travel to Alberta or BC.
2. Entry period is per the contest page; Entries submitted before or after the stated entry period will not be considered.
3. How to enter participants may submit photos from any Western Canada festivals or events via the comments on this Facebook post (or subsequent social media posts as deemed warrented by Seekers Media). Alternately, participants may submit photos via DM to FestivalSeekers' Facebook.
4. Prize
The prizes are:
- $300 best submission (1 prize)
- $100 second place (1 prize)
- $25 x 4 honourable mentions (4 prizes)
No other prizes will be awarded.
5. Winner selection and notification The winner will be selected by FestivalSeekers based on the quality and relevance of submissions. The winner will be notified via the email address provided. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, a new winner may be selected.
6. Publicity By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Participants agree that photos may be used by FestivalSeekers on social media, and the FestivalSeekers.com website (and partner sites ZenSeekers.com and SnowSeekers.ca) as well as in our related newsletters.
7. Data collection By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be contacted by FestivalSeekers for the purposes of this contest.
8. General conditions Seekers Media reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Seekers Media and its affiliates from any liability arising from the giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.
