Esteemed international gastronomy society Chaîne des Rôtisseurs curate an seven-course adventure through the Okanagan's finest flavours, hosted by the chefs and sommeliers who represent the Okanagan on the world stage. 

This non-profit event will raise funds for top Okanagan chefs and sommeliers to pursue professional development and compete internationally.
