Whitecourt is known as the Snowmobile Capital of Alberta. In past years, it has hosted the world-famous Sled Invasion, with high-octane snowmobile action and record-making stunts as well as grassroots rides.

Whitecourt Trailblazers Annual Snowmobile Rally on Social Media
The local snowmobile club, the Whitecourt Trailblazers, keep the tradition of sledding alive in Whitecourt with trail days and hosted rides throughout the winter.
The biggest is their annual snowmobile rally, which takes place annually on the Family Day Weekend. You can also find all kinds of other winter activities and things to do at the town's annual Winter Carnival, which takes place the same weekend.

4:30pm Snowmobile Raffle Draw (held at the Westward Community Centre)

Golden Triangle hosted ride
ASA Trail Passes or Day Passes required—season passes are $100, day passes $25 available through the albertasnowmobile.ca.
Tickets
$10 rally registration
$10 per poker hand (riders 18+ can purchase multiple hands)
$20 Saturday evening dinner (optional)
