So far this summer, Sun Peaks is garnering quite the reputation for sold-out summer festival experiences that top the charts.
"Over three shows—through Canada Day and our Rockin the Peaks festival—we welcomed over 4,000 people," explains Tourism Sun Peaks' summer festival series producer Greg Albrecht.

With rave reviews, Sun Peaks continues to pump out the awesome, now partnering with Canada's oldest dance record label, Nordic Trax—headed up by Vancouver's Luke McKeehan—who are dropping the Endless Summer Music Festival this August.
"Smalltown DJs on the Friday night are on the Shambahala and BassCoast wavelength, while understanding the demographic at Sun Peaks is a little older crowd, the vibes of the Endless Summer sets will be more house and disco as opposed to hard core EDM or Drum and Bass," explains McKeehan.
"You are not going to find a festival of this nature, with this level of talent anywhere else in North America that offers this type of pricing and convenience," explains Albrecht.

Dance in the alpine bliss of Sun Peaks, like there's no tomorrow
"Its not necessarily an all-night rave, rather a space of a fun environment where kids are welcome, so the family could come but also those into that more Nu Disco vibe," explains McKeehan.
For those more versed in old school rave, Nu Disco is a throwback sound through the roots of house music with disco influences.
"The endless summer mixture is with a local and international array of artists. We are planning to do a pretty unique set up of the venue (Sun Peaks Centre Stage) and bring that place to life, leaving pretty cool memories for those who make it out."
"Many of the artists on the bill have music out there that brings in thousands if not hundreds of thousands per month pulling their tunes down off SoundCloud."
During Endless Summer, McKeehan suggests to watch out for four-piece band Tortured Soul out of Los Angeles, or Tiger and Woods, a duo from Italy who will deliver a hybrid set between live and DJ'ing disco style, Nu Disco.
Endless summer, limited opportunity
"We had three hotels and our camping which were totally sold out from the Canada Day and Rockin in the Peaks events and all we've heard was rave reviews about the convenience of the new venue," says Albrecht.
So, coming into August, don't end your summer thinking "oh I should have done this, or "oh we should have been there for that."
The convenience Albrecht is talking about is this Sun Peaks Centre Stage, a new covered outdoor venue, with all the amenities you could ask for including being entirely licensed (so you won't be corralled in some fenced-off beer gardens), while paired up with the ease of taking a five-minute stroll into Sun Peaks Village, and then back to the venue for more good times.
