The Kootenay Rockies Gran Fondo is a mass participation cycling event, set in the beautiful Rocky Mountain Trench. 

For classic car enthusiasts, Nelson, BC, is the place to be on the second weekend of September for the Queen City Cruise, held annually the first weekend after Labour Day.

 Enjoy a 21-km run in scenic Medicine Hat, or share the load with a buddy and each do 10 km.
