Grande North Winter Festival

Grande Prairie's annual Grande North Winter Festival features ice carving, DJ skate parties, live bands, horse-drawn wagon rides, crokicurl and other winter activities across the city.


Events are all-ages, and include both free and paid events. Check individual event info below. Locations include Bonnetts Energy Centre, Montrose Cultural Centre and Muskoseepi Park.

Last year's festival favorites return again this year alongside a new edition at the Montrose Cultural Centre. The live DJ will be spinning tracks while you skate, slide, curl and navigate this outdoor winter wonderland.
