Edmonton Heritage Festival

The Edmonton Heritage Festival is the largest multiculturalism celebration in the world, featuring food, dance, music and performances representing over 85 unique cultures.

NOTE: this year's venue has changed to Borden Park due to renovations underway at Hawrelak Park.

Location: Edmonton, Alberta

Sample culinary delicacies, see creative performances, shop for crafts, artwork, and clothing, or chat with people eager to tell you a little about their cultural roots and their present-day communities in Canada.

Various pavilions will also be showcasing cultural displays with photos, paraphernalia, and stories about their culture or ethnic background in Edmonton.

Admission is free, but a donation for Edmonton’s Food Bank is encouraged.

Sample your way around the world, with food from countries ranging from Azerbaijan to VIetnam, and countries from all the other letters of the alphabet in between.

Food and goods can be purchased directly from the pavilions by credit or debit only. There will be no food tickets for sale.

There is no public parking in the parking lot, but there are several choices in transportation: ETS Park n' Ride, Alberta Co-op Taxi, Services, and bicycling or walking.
